As a Project Coordinator
, you’ll play a key role behind the scenes, keeping restoration projects moving forward smoothly. You’ll work closely with Project Managers, field teams, customers, and insurance partners to ensure work is coordinated, information is clear, and nothing falls through the cracks.
- Support Project Managers by coordinating restoration projects from start to finish, including scheduling, documentation, and communication.
- Act as a key point of contact for customers, insurance adjusters, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate project records, including work orders, job notes, permits, and client communications.
- Track project timelines, job progress, and costs, flagging issues or discrepancies early.
- Assist with job costing and reporting to help projects stay on budget.
- Attend site meetings as required to support coordination between office and field operations.
- Respond to customer questions and concerns promptly, helping ensure a positive client experience during stressful situations.
- Experience in project coordination, construction, restoration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Clear, professional communication skills — both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Experience in the restoration or insurance industry.
- Familiarity with job costing or project tracking systems.
- Experience coordinating field crews or subcontractors.
- Strong customer service background.
