Key Responsibilities- Handle bids from sourcing to bid debriefs
- Liaise with clients during the bid process
- Manage documents and update the Tender Library
- Create templates and assist in marketing efforts
- Proofread and format proposals and other documents
- 2+ years in proposal writing or coordinating
- Diploma or degree in business, marketing, or communications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite
- Robust client service and communication skills
- Creative and strategic mindset for project success
