About the OpportunityWe are partnering with an innovative consumer‑focused organization to find a Senior GTM Project Manager to support the launch of an exciting new product. Working within a newly established business function, you will play a pivotal role in bringing the concept to market while helping shape the operational readiness, guest experience, and cross‑functional execution required for a successful launch.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys building structure where processes do not yet exist. You will collaborate with leaders across retail operations, digital, guest services, service delivery, and brand teams, connecting stakeholders, driving alignment, and ensuring execution stays on track as the organization prepares for product launch.

Your Responsibilities- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive go‑to‑market plans, timelines, and work‑back schedules for a recent product launch.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams across retail, digital, guest services, service operations, and brand functions to ensure launch readiness.
- Facilitate meetings, manage project governance, track decisions, and proactively identify risks and dependencies.
- Build customer journey maps, service blueprints, and operational workflows that support a seamless end‑to‑end experience.
- Partner with operational teams to develop SOPs, training materials, and readiness plans for frontline teams.
- Influence stakeholders without direct authority, driving alignment and accountability across multiple work streams.
- Support the transition from product incubation to scalable operational execution.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in project management, program management, go‑to‑market execution, or product launch environments.
- Demonstrated success leading complex cross‑functional initiatives in fast‑paced and evolving environments.
- Experience working with retail, direct‑to‑consumer, customer experience, or omnichannel business models.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without formal authority.
- Experience developing customer journey maps, service models, operational processes, or launch readiness programs.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
- PMP certification is considered an asset but is not required.
