Drive proposal excellence with Datoff Construction as the Proposal Pursuit Lead in Northern B.C. Utilize your expertise in RFQ/P responses to elevate our project submissions. In this key role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality proposals while leading strategic approach meetings in collaboration with the Director. Your experience in construction marketing will be valued as you manage prequalification and proposal activities focused on winning strategies.

• Produce high-quality RFQ/P responses
• Lead pursuit and approach meetings with the Director
• Manage prequalification and proposal activities
• Conduct research on client needs and project requirements
• Author and edit proposal content aligning with company values

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields
• Preferred experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, especially In Design
• Solid writing, editing, and graphic layout skills
• Previous construction industry marketing experience preferred
