Join Wellington-Altus in Winnipeg or Toronto as a Partner Support Specialist focused on external transfer processes. You will assist advisors with inquiries and optimize transfer experiences through expert collaboration. In this role, you will report to the Manager, Advisor Experience, supporting advisors regarding external transfer requests.
Your responsibilities include troubleshooting complex issues and improving workflows while maintaining relationships with advisory teams and external partners. Ideal candidates will have a strong foundation in financial services, aiming to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as an expert on external transfer processes
- Provide timely assistance with transfer inquiries
- Collaborate with internal teams and external institutions
- Resolve complex transfer-related problems effectively
- Suggest improvements to improve workflows
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration
- 3-5 years in financial services, high-growth workplace
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Understanding of transfer systems (e.g., ATON)
- Clear communication skills and attention to detail
