Reporting to the Manager of Line Review Operations, the Senior Deal Letter Consultant is responsible for leading the development and quality assurance of Deal Letters. This role emphasizes mentoring a team of Line Review Consultants and collaborating effectively with various departments such as Merchandising and Supply Chain. Your strategic skills will be key in addressing challenges and streamlining processes for timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the Deal Letter build process across Merchandising lines
- Oversee quality assurance and peer reviews of colleagues’ work
- Mentor and coach the Line Review Consultant team
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings and Deal Letter kickoffs
- Compile performance data and recommend quality improvements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- 3–5 years of retail or merchandising experience
- Proficiency in Excel, VBA, and/or Python
- Robust analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration abilities
