Strategic Relationship Manager for Alliances

As a key player in this full-time position, you will leverage your extensive relationship management experience, preferably seven years, to lead FCC's most complex national alliances. The role calls for strong business acumen and the ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders while enhancing the firm's agriculture portfolio. Additionally, you will work on targeted engagement strategies to increase market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage senior-level partnerships within national Alliances
• Execute strategic initiatives to increase market share
• Identify and negotiate complex financing agreements
• Analyze market trends for new opportunities
• Enhance program and customer experience through collaboration
Requirements:
• Degree in agriculture, commerce, or related field
• Seven years of experience in business development
• Proven ability to influence and communicate with executives
• Strong analytical skills and market understanding
• Willingness to travel
