You will report directly to the Manager of Line Review Operations in this senior role. Your primary responsibilities include the development and quality assurance of Deal Letters, mentoring the Line Review Consultant team, and collaborating cross-functionally with key departments like Merchandising and Supply Chain. This position requires strategic thinking to solve challenges and enhance the quality of the documentation process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the Deal Letter build process effectively across departments
• Conduct quality assurance and peer reviews for improved outcomes
• Coach and mentor Line Review Consultants to elevate team performance
• Organize and facilitate cross-functional meetings and project kickoffs
• Analyze performance metrics and make data-driven quality recommendations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline
• 3–5 years of experience in retail or merchandising
• Expertise in Excel, VBA, and/or Python necessary
• Strong attention to analytics and detail orientation
• Proven cross-functional collaboration skills required
