Reporting to the Financial Services Manager, you will manage payroll activities, assisting with regular and off-cycle payments for the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority. The role involves collaboration with the Provincial Medical Administration Office, SAP payroll, and various agencies, ensuring adherence to legislative and contractual agreements. Your attention to detail will be essential in maintaining accurate payroll processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process Medical Remuneration payments accurately
• Liaise with multiple departments for payroll compliance
• Communicate procedural payroll issues effectively
• Assist in testing new payroll procedures as needed
• Ensure confidentiality in handling payroll matters
Requirements:
• Minimum three years’ experience with Microsoft Office
• Completion of post-secondary computerized accounting courses
• Proficiency in typing 50 words per minute
• Experience with payroll systems and SAP is an asset
• Current satisfactory Criminal Records Check required
