This position leverages your expertise in delivery and relationship management to facilitate training, enhance program efficiency, and resolve client challenges. You will work closely with internal teams to identify growth opportunities and improve existing services in alignment with FCT’s offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide guidance and resources to enhance customer experience
• Serve as an escalation point for key client inquiries
• Conduct platform training sessions for clients and partners
• Collaborate with teams to uncover new business opportunities
• Assess client processes and recommend enhancements
Requirements:
• Experience in collections, customer service, or related fields
• Microsoft Office proficiency essential
• University or college education considered an asset
• Strong communication and training abilities
• Skills in analyzing and improving client workflows
