Business Banking Senior Strategy Leader

Be at the forefront of strategic development as a Senior Manager in our Business Banking division. Emphasize enterprise strategy and performance management to drive success.
In this key role, you will report to the AVP of Client & Colleague Engagement Strategy. You will spearhead the development and implementation of business strategies that support long-term growth while engaging with various stakeholders and interpreting complex data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead creation and communication of strategic plans

• Develop and manage dashboards and scorecards

• Craft high-quality executive reports and presentations

• Work on governance processes and board reporting

• Identify improvement opportunities in performance metrics
Requirements:

• More than 10 years in strategy or management positions

• Strong skills in stakeholder management and narrative crafting

• Excellent analytical and communication skills

• Ability to influence across various teams

• Experience in Business Banking is advantageous
