Cansel is seeking an SAP and Salesforce Subscription Fulfillment Specialist in Eastern Canada. This key role requires managing subscription, licensing, and warranty processes accurately and efficiently.
As a crucial part of the operational backbone, you will execute end-to-end transactions using SAP and Salesforce. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong system discipline, attention to detail, and high-volume management skills within a structured environment. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Execute subscription and warranty transactions across SAP and Salesforce
- Maintain transactional integrity and order accuracy
- Process purchase and vendor orders effectively
- Manage licensing requests, ensuring timely fulfillment
- Coordinate data flow across multiple systems
- 2+ years of SAP experience
- 2+ years of Salesforce experience
- Solid attention to data integrity
- Experience in high-volume detail-sensitive environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
