Key Responsibilities:
• Direct the determination and delivery of pension benefits
• Communicate effectively with Members and present information
• Resolve Member issues with analytical approaches
• Contribute to business process improvements
• Mentor clerical staff and enhance operational tasks
Requirements:
• Degree in mathematics or similar field required
• Experience in pension legislation and administration
• Proven analytical and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Commitment to pursue RPA designation within three years
