Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate identification of commercially viable IP
• Build and lead IP commercialization teams
• Create attractive value propositions for industry
• Develop marketing strategies for effective outreach
• Implement AI tools to identify licensees efficiently
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Engineering, Science, or Business
• Over 5 years leading IP commercialization initiatives
• Demonstrated success in industry partnerships
• Experience in negotiating IP agreements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Support vital IP projects at NRC and engage deeply with Canada's innovation ecosystem for substantial impact.
