Key Responsibilities:
• Establish business plans for Quick Lane profitability
• Conduct operation reviews and provide feedback to stakeholders
• Support in launching Quick Lane operations for dealers
• Develop and maintain annual advertising strategies
• Train Quick Lane personnel to maximize effectiveness
Requirements:
• High School degree is essential; business degree preferred
• Minimum five years in automotive service environments
• At least two years in a multi-store supervisory role
• Capable of driving a vehicle and physical tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
Drive operational excellence in the automotive sector as a Field Specialist with MSX, enhancing dealer service capabilities.
