As a Global Revenue CCaaS Senior Product Manager, you will define and drive product strategy, governance, and operational alignment across key platforms like NICE in Contact and Salesforce Service Cloud. Your expertise in CCaaS technologies and hands‑on contact center operations will empower you to present product strategies confidently to stakeholders while ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
Key Responsibilities- Own and develop the Global Revenue CCaaS Product Roadmap
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to define platform strategies
- Gather global requirements and create implementation‑ready user stories
- Measure performance and business impacts of CCaaS capabilities
- Guide implementation and optimization of AI‑driven capabilities
- 8+ years in CCaaS technology or product management
- Experience with NICE in Contact, Salesforce, and IVR design
- Proven ability in CCaaS implementations and enhancements
- Strong communication and executive presentation skills
- Experience supporting global service operations
