Take charge of procurement leadership at AtkinsRéalis in a hybrid setting. As the Procurement Lead, you will mentor a team, negotiate with suppliers, and oversee procurement activities. Reporting to the Procurement Manager, you will supervise Buyers and Order Administrators while leading procurement efforts across various projects. Your 10+ years of experience in EPCM purchasing and supplier negotiations will be critical. Ensuring data integrity and resolving supply chain issues are central to this role.
Key Responsibilities- Lead procurement activities for multiple projects
- Supervise and mentor procurement staff
- Review and approve purchasing documents
- Conduct supplier negotiations and kick-off meetings
- Oversee supply chain issues effectively
- Minimum 10 years in EPCM purchasing
- Experience with complex engineered components
- Knowledge of contract law and bidding practices
- SCMP certification preferred
- Ability to work in a hybrid setting
