Information Governance Specialist in Rail Infrastructure

Join ONxpress as an Information Management Specialist, where you will focus on rail infrastructure and vital information governance. This position is essential for streamlining stakeholder interactions.
Your key responsibility will be to support ONxpress's large-scale rail projects by implementing information governance frameworks aligned with ISO standards. You will manage document control processes, ensure compliance with data security requirements, and facilitate communication among project partners, subcontractors, and client representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enforce adherence to ISO 19650 through governance implementation

• Oversee Common Data Environments like Autodesk Construction Cloud

• Guide document control and workflow oversight

• Maintain effective liaison with external partners and teams

• Develop performance metrics dashboards for compliance tracking
Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent

• At least 3 years of experience in project or document management

• Familiarity with CDE platforms like Aconex and Share Point

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; FME experience is advantageous

• Strong attention to detail and effective multitasking skills
