With a minimum of seven years in relationship management or business development, you will implement strategic initiatives that deepen FCC's presence in the agriculture sector. Collaborating with various teams, your work will enhance customer experiences and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop senior-level relationships with national alliance executives

• Strategically grow program utilization and market share

• Structure complex financing and program agreements

• Identify new opportunities within agriculture sectors

• Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize processes

Requirements:

• Degree in business, finance, or agriculture

• At least seven years in relationship management

• Experience managing relationships with senior B2B executives

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Valid driver’s license and travel readiness
