Take charge of AI transformation at Foundation as our full-time AI Transformation Coordinator. Focus on supporting AI tool adoption, onboarding, and maintaining operational documentation.
Foundation is looking for a detail-oriented AI Transformation Coordinator to manage our AI-Native program's operational layer. This role involves quality referencing of AI Builds, conducting onboarding sessions, and synthesizing analytics for actionable insights. Candidates should possess a background in operations within B2B settings and a strong commitment to empowering teammates.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct quality checks on AI Builds Catalog submissions
• Run onboarding sessions to aid team adaptation
• Track and update the People Roster regularly
• Analyze monthly analytics and highlight key trends
• Assist with the operations of monthly training sessions
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in an operations role
• Familiarity with AI tools like Claude and Click Up
• Strong written communication for effective memos
• Meticulous attention to detail in tasks
• Capability to manage operational documentation efficiently
