Hydropower Proposal & Sales Strategy Manager

You will report to the Head of Commercial Operations and utilize your proven experience to develop comprehensive project proposals that support sustainable energy efforts. Collaborate closely with various teams to devise competitive bids while managing risks in alignment with corporate goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide proposal development and evaluate RFP submissions
• Craft and enhance effective bid strategies
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams for proposal success
• Play a key role in contract negotiations and risk control
• Manage the transition of projects to execution teams
Requirements:
• Demonstrated experience in large proposal and sales development
• Solid foundation in hydropower or related industries
• Capable of managing senior-level stakeholder communications
• Proficient in navigating a matrixed organizational structure
• Bilingual in French and English, ready for travel
