Join Manulife as a Policy Governance Analyst dedicated to managing policy and compliance strategies efficiently in a hybrid working workplace.
As part of the Integrated Compliance Services team, you will be responsible for coordinating Policy Governance services and overseeing policy management processes. This position calls for rigorous stakeholder management and the ability to communicate clearly across various organizational levels. Your contributions will facilitate continuous improvements and effective governance practices.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the day-to-day operations of Policy Governance Team
- Administer the SharePoint repository for key documents
- Review and assess compliance among various stakeholders
- Support Policy Managers in compliance activities
- Drive process improvements and issue resolution
- College/University Degree or equivalent experience
- At least 2 years of expertise in business writing and documentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint tools
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Basic project management knowledge
