Become a pivotal part of iA Dealer Services as a Business Development Specialist in Toronto. Your focus will be on strategic client acquisition and account management in the automotive sector.
In this position, you will identify and engage retailers, ensuring effective onboarding and operational support. Facilitating meetings and addressing issues, you will monitor account performance and support compliance initiatives. Additionally, you'll maintain Salesforce records and assist with partnership training to strengthen our network.
Key Responsibilities- Support strategies to grow the client base
- Identify and present solutions to retailers
- Coordinate installations and onboarding processes
- Conduct follow-ups and assist in retention efforts
- Represent the company at industry events
- At least two years' experience in automotive
- Proven skills in relationship building
- 2–3 years in business development or sales
- Robust organizational and multitasking skills
- Collaborative and professional work ethic
