Key Responsibilities- Draft and administer subcontract agreements and purchase orders
- Manage supplier and subcontractor relationships until closeout
- Coordinate cross‑border equipment transfers and compliance
- Maintain procurement logs and contract documentation
- Work closely with project managers to align procurement efforts
- Over 3 years in procurement or project administration
- Experience in writing and managing subcontracts
- Knowledge of Canada‑US customs procedures
- Robust organizational and document control skills
