- Conduct market research to identify gaps, trends, and shifts, uncovering innovation opportunities.
- Gather intelligence through customer engagement, trade shows, surveys, focus groups, and reports.
- Identify key industry professionals and decision-makers, determining the best approach to gather insights.
- Assess opportunities to adapt vehicles for underserved markets and explore new use cases based on trends, insights, and analysis.
- Analyze data from internal and external sources to provide actionable recommendations.

- Collaborate with the Innovation team to ensure insights inform product development.
- Work with Marketing and Sales to translate customer insights into strategies aligned with business goals.
