You will be essential in connecting our engineering teams with relevant bids and opportunities. Daily tasks involve searching various online bidding platforms, maintaining an opportunity database, and facilitating communication among team members. Your organizational and technical expertise will enhance our proposal processes and support our business development objectives effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Actively search bidding portals for relevant tenders
• Maintain and circulate the opportunity database accurately
• Follow up on bid opportunities with internal teams
• Train and support the Tender Search Team activities
• Optimize processes for enhanced tender searches
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in administration or similar
• At least two years in bid generation or proposal support
• Familiarity with platforms like Merx and Bids & Tenders
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and Share Point
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
