Expert Sales Agronomist

Paterson Grain is searching for a knowledgeable Sales Agronomist in Winnipeg, MB to provide top-tier agronomic services while fostering business growth. Collaborate with a dedicated team to achieve success.
In this role at Paterson Grain, you'll work under the Crop Inputs Location Manager to deliver expert agronomist services, align with sales targets, and expand business operations. Your responsibilities will include mentoring staff, developing agronomy programs, and collaborating on new product strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality agronomic service to customers

• Achieve and track annual business performance goals

• Develop and enhance agronomy initiatives

• Assist and support agronomists and operational teams

• Champion innovative products with suppliers
Requirements:

• Must have a professional designation (P. Ag or CCA)

• Agriculture degree/diploma required

• Preferred 2-3 years in sales agronomy role

• Management experience is advantageous

• Strong communication and organizational abilities
