In this influential position, you will be the primary liaison for SAP’s private cloud customers, guiding them through the entire cloud lifecycle with offerings like RISE with SAP and HANA Enterprise Cloud. Your expertise in engagement management will drive service excellence and customer satisfaction, vital for sustaining business growth in a fast-paced industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee engagement management and service planning
• Manage delivery operations and client project support
• Foster relationships through effective stakeholder management
• Resolve critical client concerns rapidly
• Increase customer satisfaction through account enhancements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant field
• Strong English communication and presentation skills
• 2+ years in a customer-facing cloud consulting role
• Proven relationship building and de-escalation abilities
• Familiarity with SAP's private cloud ecosystem
Lead client engagements and cultivate relationships to support SAP's mission in the cloud space.
