Role DescriptionThe PO Senior at Medyx inc. will be responsible for leading the product vision and roadmap for the mobile invoicing platform, ensuring it aligns with the needs of Quebec physicians and business objectives. This full‑time role includes gathering and prioritizing requirements, maintaining and refining the product backlog, and collaborating closely with engineering, design, and customer support teams. The PO Senior will translate user and stakeholder feedback into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans, while monitoring product performance and driving continuous improvement.
The role is hybrid, based in Terrebonne, QC, with a combination of onsite collaboration and some work‑from‑home flexibility.
- Solid product ownership skills, including backlog management, user story writing, roadmap planning, and release coordination.
- Experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and cross‑functional collaboration with engineering, design, and support teams.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban), including sprint planning, review, and retrospective practices.
- Ability to analyze product usage data and customer feedback to define priorities, measure impact, and improve user experience.
- Background in healthcare, medical billing, or financial/fintech products is an asset, ideally with exposure to the Quebec healthcare environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in French is highly beneficial for working with local stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative, hybrid team based in Terrebonne, QC.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
