FCT provides industry-leading title insurance, default solutions and other real estate related products and services to legal, lending, valuation and real estate professionals across Canada.

Job Summary

As a Business Solutions Specialist, you will be a point of contact for management/executive level external customers to ensure positive customer experience and satisfaction. You will foster and maintain customer relationships and work with Business Development Directors and internal departments to pursue new business opportunities and identify additional revenue sources within existing client relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure positive customer experience and satisfaction by providing support, information, and guidance about our products, services, and industry to existing, new, and potential customers.
  • Act as the first point of engagement or escalation for management/executive level external customers and participate in sales meetings.
  • Facilitate platform and process training sessions, review and coordinate client program changes, handle requests and enhancements, and resolve disputes.
  • Work directly with the Business Development team and other FCT teams to pursue new business opportunities and identify areas to improve or grow existing client relationships.
  • Analyze current programs and processes with clients, assess organizational needs, recognize improvement areas, and suggest new FCT services where possible.
  • Understand client internal processes, identify gaps, and assist in developing new solutions.
  • Facilitate the intake, review, internal coordination, execution, communication, and resolution of customer and vendor audits and assessments.
  • Provide training for products and services to new and existing clients, business partners, and third‑party vendors through onsite sessions, webinars, and teleconferences.
  • Demonstrate FCT‑DS products and services to potential clients during business development opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Experience in collections and recovery, insolvency or related industry an asset.
  • Experience in a customer‑facing solutions role an asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet Explorer).
  • University or college education an asset.
Compensation

Total Direct Compensation: 81,600 - 99,800 CAD, reflecting base pay plus any incentives or allowances, where applicable.
