Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on CPA and independence rules compliance

• Ensure the Firm meets professional conduct standards

• Review and coordinate timely client press releases

• Contribute to developing high-quality ethics training

• Participate in implementing technology solutions
Requirements:

• CPA designation is essential

• 2-3 years of relevant ethics experience

• Strong English language skills;
French preferred

• Familiarity with CPA rules and independence guidelines

• Collaborative spirit and effective communication skills
