This full-time position requires a self-starter with 2-3 years of experience, including at least one year in scrap procurement. Working closely with the Regional Raw Materials Manager, you will execute procurement plans, ensuring compliance with ethical standards. Your networking skills will be key to expanding supplier sources within your region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and recruit new scrap suppliers

• Manage procurement practices to ensure quality and efficiency

• Maintain communication between all stakeholders

• Inspect scrap quality and manage compliance issues

• Resolve order discrepancies tactfully
Requirements:

• 2-3 years of relevant industry experience

• Minimum of 1 year in scrap buying

• Familiarity with transportation and operations of scrap yards

• Strong negotiation and analytical capabilities

• Willingness to travel weekly for network building
