This role is an excellent opportunity for those with related education and two years of practical experience. Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure accurate monthly budget reconciliation and reporting
• Plan and assist with a variety of Faculty events throughout the year
• Keep an up-to-date database of partners and contacts
• Design effective visual communication materials for events
• Facilitate communication with Faculty and external entities
Requirements:
• Minimum two years of related experience required
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Office 365
• Strong communication and organizational abilities needed
• Experience handling confidential documents is essential
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing timelines
