As the Advanced Repair Planner, you will be pivotal in the collision center, serving as a liaison between MPI and the operational teams. This role involves accurate estimating and documenting repairs while fostering a collaborative environment to ensure a seamless service experience for customers. Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately assess vehicle damages through dismantling

• Document damages meticulously with descriptions and images

• Follow MPI's guidelines to estimate repair costs

• Collaborate with production teams for continuous updates

• Maintain compliance with quality and safety standards

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in autobody estimation

• ICAR Certification in Estimating is a plus

• Familiarity with industry standard software

• Strong time management and organizational skills

• Capacity to lift heavy items and work efficiently
