In this full-time, permanent role, you will support and improve wellness initiatives while overseeing accessibility technology implementation. Your responsibilities include leading outreach programs, managing operational efficiency, and collaborating with partners to ensure effective service delivery. You will navigate a dynamic operational landscape, engaging various stakeholders to enhance service models and community impact.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead outreach initiatives to expand service accessibility
• Oversee operational planning and inventory management
• Foster collaborative relationships across programs and regions
• Monitor program effectiveness and provide improvement recommendations
• Champion accessibility solutions and client-focused services
Requirements:
• Five years of experience in program implementation or accessibility coordination
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficient in CRMs and assistive technologies
• Post-secondary education in a related field
• Willingness to work flexible hours
