Key Responsibilities:
• Advocate for changes in business practices and technology
• Document user stories and acceptance criteria for projects
• Lead project scheduling and milestone acceptance
• Provide operational support during change management
• Identify project roadblocks and develop contingency plans
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Business Systems or related fields
• Over 5 years of experience in technology-focused roles
• Familiarity with Business Analysis and Project Management
• Proficient in MS Office programs and Visio
• Experience in Agile environments
