- Conduct audits and provide team training on benefits
- Strategically partner with Finance for forecasting
- 8+ years of experience in benefits design and administration
- Bachelor’s Degree required; retail experience preferred
- CEBS or PPAC certification highly desirable
- Strong team leadership and communication skills
