Senior Strategy Manager in Banking

Lead strategic initiatives as a Senior Manager in our Business Banking division. Focus on enterprise strategy and performance management to align with business goals.

In this role, reporting directly to the AVP, Client & Colleague Engagement Strategy, you will drive the development and execution of business strategies. Your expertise will be crucial in creating strategic planning documents and managing performance reports that inform leadership decisions and support long-term growth. This includes engaging with various stakeholders and synthesizing complex data into explicit narratives.

• Direct the creation and communication of strategic plans
• Develop and manage enterprise scorecards and dashboards
• Produce high-quality executive reports and presentations
• Collaborate on governance processes and board reporting

• Over 10 years in relevant strategy or management roles
• Strong skills in stakeholder management and storytelling
• Excellent analytical and communication capabilities
• Ability to influence in a cross-functional environment
• Experience in Business Banking is preferable
