Key Responsibilities- Lead the development of annual strategy decks and materials
- Create enterprise reports for Board submissions and updates
- Analyze performance and maintain scorecards and dashboards
- Develop compelling communication for executive presentations
- Ensure alignment with governance frameworks and processes
- 10+ years in strategy or related fields
- Proven leadership in cross‑functional initiatives
- Solid analytical and communication skills
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders effectively
- Experience in business banking preferred
