Key Responsibilities- Oversee end-to-end organizational design initiatives
- Serve as a trusted advisor to company leadership
- Manage project plans and timelines for design initiatives
- Develop evidence-based design options using analytics
- Create metrics to assess effectiveness and metrics
- Bachelor’s degree;
Master’s preferred - 8+ years in relevant fields like organizational effectiveness
- Strong communication and systems-thinking skills
- Experience with enterprise transformation initiatives
- Familiarity with regulated industries is a plus
