This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Winnipeg for a Sales Estimator. The Sales Estimator will be responsible for preparing and providing estimates ranging from small service calls to larger project‑based quotations. Responsibilities include communicating with customers, reviewing plans and specifications, coordinating with internal teams and suppliers, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the estimating process.

• Strong skills in Customer Service and effective Communication
• Experienced in Project Estimation, detailed cost calculations
• Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively
• Proficiency in using relevant software tools and technology for estimating and planning purposes
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Understanding of the door and hardware industry is a plus
• Blueprint reading, tender submissions experience considered an asset
