Position: Senior Consultant for Retail Deal Letters
Become a Senior Consultant focused on enhancing retail Deal Letters while utilizing your skills in quality assurance, Excel, and VBA/Python. Mentor teams to achieve exceptional documentation standards.
This pivotal role reports to the Manager of Line Review Operations and is designed for experienced professionals. You will lead the development and quality assurance processes for Deal Letters, provide mentorship to consultants, and work closely with various departments like Merchandising and Supply Chain. Your strategic insights will be vital in streamlining operations for on-time deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the Deal Letter build process across Merchandising lines

• Ensure quality assurance through peer review initiatives

• Mentor the Line Review Consultant team for optimal performance

• Coordinate cross-functional meetings and manage project kickoffs

• Gather performance data and suggest quality improvement measures
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a relevant field

• 3–5 years of experience in retail or merchandising

• Strong proficiency in Excel, VBA, and/or Python

• Excellent analytical skills and detail-oriented

• Ability to work collaboratively across functions
