Join Richmond RCMP as Supervisor of Records and Disclosure, where you'll ensure compliance and effective operations through your leadership. This role demands specialized knowledge and a strategic approach.
As the records supervisor, you will mentor team members and manage key operational tasks.
Your role includes conducting regular audits to ensure compliance, overseeing operational files, and facilitating the recruitment and training of new employees. Additionally, you’ll prepare and submit important reports to maintain organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor and train team on records operations
• Perform routine audits for compliance verification
• Participate in recruitment and training processes
• Manage files from initiation to closure
• Prepare and submit comprehensive reports to headquarters
Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent
• Minimum of two years in supervisory roles in records
• Knowledge of Criminal Code and RCMP policies
• Familiarity with URS scoring and PRIME BC policy
• Must maintain an RCMP security clearance
