Reporting to the Director of Change Management, you will manage a portfolio of diverse change initiatives, emphasizing delivery in the financial services sector. Your experience will help build readiness and facilitate successful stakeholder engagement throughout various functions. A commitment to improvement and accountability is essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement change management strategies aligned with goals
• Ensure scalability and consistency in change management practices
• Manage relationships in diverse and complex stakeholder environments
• Mentor change managers and foster internal capabilities
• Tailor change approaches for both waterfall and agile methodologies
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration; MBA preferred
• 10+ years in enterprise transformation initiatives
• Consulting experience, particularly with Big 4 firms
• Skilled in change management tools like Prosci or ADKAR
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Influence organizational change through your adept management of multiple initiatives and stakeholder engagement.
