Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor a high-performing compliance advisory team
• Provide insights on industry best practices and regulations
• Oversee compliance and risk management programs
• Conduct advertising reviews and conflict assessments
• Serve as primary contact for regulatory examinations
Requirements:
• 5+ years of compliance experience in the dealer space
• Expertise in CIRO and AMF compliance rules
• Proven leadership and coaching skills
• Strong writing and communication expertise
• Familiarity with digital compliance technologies
