In this critical role, you will manage a energetic portfolio of sponsor ships and client experiences to enhance client retention and generate leads. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will interface with a range of stakeholders and implement services to document event success. Your ability to effectively balance multiple events while maintaining top-tier standards will be crucial.

• Execute sponsor ships and event experiences on time and within budget
• Develop strategies to maximize return on sponsorship and brand objectives
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Engage ATB Wealth team members as volunteers at events
• Conduct post-event presentations and gather measurement data

• Minimum 5 years of sponsorship and event experience
• Strong background in corporate events and client hosting
• Proficiency in Jira and Hub Spot tools
• Bachelor’s degree in related fields
• Ability to travel and work non-standard hours as needed
