BMO is looking for a Senior Manager to evolve its enterprise loyalty strategy within Canadian Personal & Business Banking. Key Responsibilities- Support the evolution of loyalty strategy and actionable plans
- Lead cross-functional initiatives from conception to execution
- Structure complex problems and develop actionable recommendations
- Develop robust business cases with financial analysis
- Collaborate with senior leaders across multiple functions
- 6‑10+ years in strategy execution or transformation roles
- Proven record in managing complex cross-functional initiatives
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen skills
- Excellent communication and facilitation experience with stakeholders
- Experience in loyalty or customer engagement design
