Position: Operations Lead for Executive Office at MCC

In this pivotal role, you will provide comprehensive support for the Executive Office, working closely with senior leadership while ensuring efficient office management, safety, and procurement processes.

Your role involves planning board meetings, managing confidential information, and leading various administrative functions. You will help foster an environment of continuous improvement through effective policies and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the Executive Office

• Coordinate logistics for board and committee meetings

• Supervise reception and other administrative services

• Develop workplace safety and health programs

• Manage procurement and vendor relations
Requirements:

• Minimum of five (5) years in executive support

• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and governance software

• Strong prioritization and organizational skills

• Excellent communication skills in English

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive data
