The Vice President, Operational Excellence is an executive role within the COO Organization at Sentrex Health Solutions. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, this leader serves as both a force multiplier for the COO and the enterprise’s senior team accountable for operational excellence, program governance, and continuous improvement.
In the Operational Excellence capacity, the role establishes the strategy, governance frameworks, and program management infrastructure that ensure all transformation initiatives are aligned with corporate strategic imperatives and delivered on plan.
The role ensures clarity of vision, alignment of the leadership team, and disciplined execution of the COO’s top priorities. The incumbent acts as a strategic integrator across the four COO direct‑report functions — VP Clinical Services, VP Specialty Operations, VP Operational Excellence, and CIO — resolving cross‑functional interdependencies, shaping communications, and driving accountability.
Lead high‑impact, cross‑functional initiatives on behalf of the COO — including technology transformation, sustain CRM roadmap, work closely with Patient Support Program teams to apply operational enhancements, and cultural programs. Also track COO organization performance against KPIs and OKRs, identify operational inefficiencies across the COO functions and partner with leaders to drive process improvements, deliver COO‑sponsored cross‑functional special projects annually, on time and within scope.
