We are looking for someone with strong leadership and OCM skills to design and implement effective change management strategies. You will assess stakeholder readiness and oversee the development of training materials crucial for healthcare transformation. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the execution of change management strategies
• Collaborate on seamless integration of change initiatives
• Develop comprehensive training plans for healthcare teams
• Conduct readiness evaluations and stakeholder workshops
• Monitor change risks and updates on adoption rates
Requirements:
• PRINCE2 certification (Foundation or Practitioner) needed
• PMP certification required
• 9+ years' experience in project management
• Minimum 6 years in healthcare transformation
• 6 years in managing OCM processes via Pro Sci
